Department Overview

Job Description

• Shadow & Learn: Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mission-critical IT and Radio systems.
• Incident Support: Assist in tracking system performance and documenting incident resolutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with web mobile and middleware teams to understand complex technical workflows.
• Documentation: Help prepare reports for customer meetings regarding service availability.
• SLA Awareness: Learn how to monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Basic Requirements

• Recent graduate in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Basic understanding of Networking IT systems or Wireless Communications.
• Strong desire to learn mission-critical technologies.
• Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
