Job Summary
Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading retail group in Saudi Arabia to recruit a customer-focused Loyalty Specialist to support the execution and enhancement of customer loyalty and engagement initiatives across the organization.
The Loyalty Specialist will play a key role in driving customer retention increasing member engagement and supporting CRM and loyalty campaigns through data-driven insights and operational excellence. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless omni-channel loyalty experience across digital and in-store touchpoints.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Retail Management or a related field. - Proven experience in retail buying preferably within the merchandise or pop culture industry. - Strong passion and knowledge of pop culture entertainment and merchandise trends. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data identify trends and make data-driven decisions. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Familiarity with inventory management systems and software is a plus. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
