Job Summary

Were looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Lighting and AV Engineer to join our team in Riyadh Saudi this role you will design install configure and maintain sophisticated lighting and audio-visual systems for corporate events venues and facilities. You will work collaboratively with clients production teams and vendors to deliver seamless technical experiences that exceed expectations. This position offers the opportunity to apply your technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

  • Design and implement lighting and AV system solutions tailored to client specifications and venue requirements
  • Install configure and test lighting fixtures projectors screens audio systems and related equipment
  • Operate and manage lighting consoles audio mixers and control systems during events and productions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and perform preventive maintenance on all AV and lighting equipment
  • Collaborate with event planners production managers and other stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are met
  • Create technical drawings and system designs using CAD and specialized AV design software
  • Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations electrical codes and industry standards
  • Coordinate with vendors and equipment suppliers to source components and manage inventory
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members during setup and execution
  • Document system configurations equipment specifications and maintenance records for future reference
  • Stay current with emerging lighting and AV technologies and industry best practices

Qualifications :

  • 10 years of professional experience in lighting design AV engineering or related technical field
  • Proficiency with lighting control systems and equipment (LED fixtures moving lights conventional lighting)
  • Strong knowledge of audio-visual systems including projectors screens amplifiers and mixing consoles
  • Experience with CAD software and AV design tools for system planning and documentation
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols DMX control systems and audio/video signal flow
  • Knowledge of electrical systems power distribution and safety compliance requirements
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and clients
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Preferred: Experience with event production broadcast environments or corporate venue management
  • Preferred: Familiarity with video production and content management systems
  • Preferred: Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and managing technical timelines
