Job Summary
Laundry Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the laundry department ensuring quality standards productivity and timely delivery of guest laundry uniforms and hotel linen.
Qualifications :
- Supervise daily laundry operations and team members.
- Assign work schedules and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure all laundry is processed according to hotel standards.
- Inspect the quality of washed dried and pressed items.
- Train and coach laundry employees.
- Monitor chemical usage and inventory levels.
- Report equipment issues to the Engineering Department.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laundry area.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and health & safety procedures.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of laundry equipment and chemicals.
Additional Information :
- Minimum 23 years of experience in hotel laundry operations.
