Job Summary:
The Rixy Kids Club Animator is responsible for creating a fun safe and engaging environment for children. The animator plans and leads age-appropriate activities while ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of all young guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome children and families in a friendly and professional manner.
* Organize and lead daily activities games arts & crafts sports mini disco and themed events.
* Ensure the safety and security of children at all times.
* Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area.
* Encourage childrens participation and create a positive atmosphere.
* Follow hotel policies health & safety procedures and child protection guidelines.
* Assist in organizing special events birthday celebrations and seasonal programs.
* Report any incidents or guest concerns to the Kids Club Supervisor or Manager.
* Work closely with other departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children is preferred.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Energetic creative and enthusiastic personality.
* Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
* English language skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
* First Aid certification is a plus.
