Our client is an established organization with a growing commercial footprint across the GCC recognized for delivering high-quality products and building long-term partnerships with leading customers. As the business continues to expand the company is looking to appoint a Key Account Manager who can strengthen strategic customer relationships identify growth opportunities and contribute to sustainable revenue generation.
The Role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic customers ensuring the successful delivery of commercial agreements while identifying opportunities to increase market share and customer value. This position requires a commercially driven professional who combines relationship management with analytical thinking and a strong understanding of customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with assigned key accounts.
- Build annual business plans aligned with customer objectives.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales profitability and market penetration.
- Negotiate commercial agreements pricing and promotional activities.
- Monitor account performance against agreed KPIs.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Marketing Finance and Operations to ensure seamless customer service.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and account development plans.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend commercial actions.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B Sales.
- Experience managing large corporate or retail customers.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be an advantage.
