Ken-Fix Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise the maintenance and repair of the hotels Ken-Fix systems including electrical plumbing and mechanical components to ensure efficient operation and compliance with Accors standards and guidelines.
• Lead a team of technicians and provide guidance training and performance feedback to ensure high-quality work and exceptional service delivery.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for the Ken-Fix systems ensuring that scheduled inspections servicing and repairs are carried out in a timely manner to minimize downtime and potential disruptions.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the Ken-Fix systems to identify any issues or potential problems and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks ensuring their adherence to Accors policies and procedures.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts and equipment related to the Ken-Fix systems ensuring proper stock levels are maintained and accurate records are kept.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Housekeeping Front Office and Engineering to address any Ken-Fix-related guest complaints or requests resolving them promptly and effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends technological advancements and best practices in Ken-Fix systems to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze energy consumption of the Ken-Fix systems identify opportunities for energy conservation and implement relevant initiatives to reduce costs and environmental impact.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and practices promoting a safe working environment for team members and guests.
