IT Technical Specialist – ManageEngine

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Specialist with expertise in ManageEngine a leading endpoint management solution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing managing and optimizing ManageEngine solutions to enhance IT operations security and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Manage & Administer ManageEngine Solutions:

Deploy configure and maintain ManageEngine Endpoint Central ServiceDesk Plus OpManager ADManager Plus and other related tools.

Ensure smooth operation and integration with existing IT infrastructure.

Endpoint Management & IT Security:

Implement best practices for endpoint security patch management and software deployment.

Automate IT processes to improve efficiency and compliance.

Monitor analyze and resolve endpoint security threats.

User Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide Level 2 & Level 3 support for ManageEngine applications and resolve technical issues.

Work closely with IT teams to optimize workflows and troubleshoot system performance issues.

Reporting & Compliance:

Generate reports and dashboards using ManageEngine Analytics Plus to provide insights into IT operations.

Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.

Continuous Improvement & Upgrades:

Stay updated with the latest ManageEngine features patches and updates.

Recommend and implement improvements for better IT service management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Mandatory:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ManageEngine products (Endpoint Central ServiceDesk Plus ADManager etc.).

Saudi Residency Visa (Iqama) Must be valid and transferable.

Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure Active Directory Windows Server and Endpoint Security.

Experience in patch management software deployment and IT asset management.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred:

IT certifications in ManageEngine Microsoft ITIL or Cybersecurity.

Experience in scripting (PowerShell Python or Shell) for automation.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure AWS or Google Cloud).
