Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships identifying business opportunities understanding customer needs and promoting the companys products and technology solutions. The role requires a strong sales mindset excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships and close deals. Previous Sales experience is preferred while experience in IT or technology solutions is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Present and promote the companys products and services.
- Conduct sales meetings and product presentations.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers.
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities until closure.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales and internal teams to meet customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records through the CRM.
- Stay informed about market trends competitors and new products.
- Previous experience in Sales is preferred.
- Strong ability to sell negotiate and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and understand business requirements.
- Good presentation and persuasion skills.

- IT / Technology sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with software technology solutions or IT products is an advantage.
- Exposure to AI / AI Solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh.
Required Skills:
Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in business analysis including requirements elicitation and documentation. Strong process modeling skills particularly with BPMN. Expertise in use case documentation and translating business needs into structured technical requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Solid understanding of software applications and their operational contexts. Demonstrated ability in designing validation frameworks and structured data templates. Familiarity with knowledge structuring techniques for AI and human collaboration. Experience in developing business logic complexity assessments and prioritization frameworks. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analysis Computer Science Information Systems or a related field. Experience working with AI-driven test generation or machine learning projects. Prior involvement in learning teams or knowledge management initiatives. Certification in Business Analysis such as CBAP PMI-PBA or equivalent is a plus.
