Job Summary
Assisting in the planning and scoping of internal audit governance risk and oversight (GRO) engagements
Executing internal audit and GRO fieldwork in line with professional standards and client expectations
Supporting the supervision and guidance of consultants and junior team members during engagements
Preparing and reviewing audit workpapers and contributing to the development of client deliverables
Assisting in the preparation of audit proposals presentations and other client-facing documents
Maintaining effective communication and working relationships with client stakeholders
Providing coaching and support to junior staff promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
Contributing to the professional growth of consultants through feedback and on-the-job mentoring
Qualifications :
- Qualification as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) will be a distinct advantage
- At least 3 years of internal audit and/or GRO experience
- Experience in auditing business processes and controls
- Computer Literate (MS Office Suite)
- Knowledge of internal audit methodologies
