Installation Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an Installation Specialist to oversee daily installation operations lead the installation team and ensure a seamless customer experience. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence by improving installation processes maintaining quality standards and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the installation team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Plan schedule and monitor installation activities to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
Ensure compliance with installation standards safety procedures and quality requirements.
Act as the main point of contact for installation-related issues and resolve escalations promptly.
Collaborate with Sales Operations Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance coaching and continuous support.
Identify opportunities to improve installation processes reduce delays and enhance operational efficiency.
Track installation performance prepare reports and recommend improvements based on operational insights.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring a professional and seamless installation experience.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Operations Management or a related field.

14 years of experience in installation operations field operations or a similar role.

Experience supervising or coordinating installation teams is preferred.

Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
