Inspector AFC

Job Description

Overview

Ensure smooth operation inspection and compliance of Automated Fare Collection (AFC) systems to support revenue protection and passenger service.

Your role

• Inspect and monitor fare gates TVMs validators and AFC systems.
• Identify faults and coordinate with maintenance/OEM teams.
• Support revenue protection and prevent fare evasion.
• Assist passengers with ticketing and card issues.
• Maintain inspection logs reports and system performance data.
• Monitor AFC systems via software/SCADA tools.

About you

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / IT.
• 5 years in metro/rail AFC or ticketing systems.
• Experience with smart cards contactless payments ticketing machines.
• GCC/metro project experience preferred.

• AFC systems (Gates TVM TOM).
• Basic troubleshooting & system monitoring.
• Communication & customer handling.
