IMPLEMENTATION ADVISOR LIGHTSPEED

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Golf Subject Matter Expert

(SME) to oversee the implementation of the Lightspeed platform and its integrations for a high-profile golf project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in golf club operations hospitality technology and enterprise system implementations with specific experience overseeing Lightspeed deployments and coordinating with implementation vendors business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will act as the functional lead and trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle ensuring business requirements are properly translated into operational and technical solutions. The selected resource must be willing to travel to Riyadh and work on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the Lightspeed platform and related integrations.
• Serve as the primary Golf SME and advisor to business and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with implementation partners vendors and internal technology teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Validate business requirements and ensure alignment with golf operations best practices.

Provide functional oversight across:

• Golf operations
• Tee-time and booking management
• Retail and pro-shop operations
• Oversee integrations between

Lightspeed and third-party systems including:

• ERP/Finance systems
• CRM platforms
• Payment gateways
• Digital Channels
• ZATCA E-invoicing
• Inventory management solutions

• Support solution reviews testing cycles UAT and go-live readiness activities.
• Identify implementation risks gaps and operational challenges and recommend mitigation actions.
• Ensure implementation aligns with operational objectives and user experience expectations.
• Support stakeholder communication training and change management activities.
• Provide post-go-live oversight and stabilization support.

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in golf operations golf technology or hospitality systems.
• Proven experience overseeing or supporting.

Lightspeed implementations and integrations.

• Strong understanding of golf club and hospitality operations.
• Experience working with system integrators vendors and enterprise technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong Experience in large-scale transformation or technology implementation projects.
• Familiarity with APIs middleware and integration architecture concepts.
• Ability to work in a client-facing and fast-paced project environment.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site in Riyadh.
