We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Hydraulic Technician in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a reputed organization seeking skilled and motivated professionals to maintain and repair hydraulic systems used in trucks and heavy vehicles. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose hydraulic system faults in trucks and heavy equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic components.
- Repair and replace hydraulic pumps cylinders valves and hoses.
- Conduct inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
- Read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams.
- Test hydraulic systems after repairs to ensure proper operation.
- Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Hydraulic system troubleshooting for heavy vehicles.
- Truck and heavy equipment maintenance experience.
- Preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis.
- Ability to read hydraulic schematics.
- Safe use of workshop tools and diagnostic equipment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with international fleet maintenance.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment hydraulics.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Hydraulic Technician preferably in truck or heavy vehicle maintenance. Experience in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems in industrial or transport environments is essential.
Education
- Minimum: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Automobile or related field (typical)
- Preferred: Diploma in Hydraulic/Mechanical Engineering
- Additional Certifications: Hydraulic maintenance certifications (if available)
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HSE laws regulations and international standards. Expertise in risk assessment hazard identification and incident investigation. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to conduct audits and training programs effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
