Accountabilities:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies procedures and programs across project and operational activities.
  • Assist in conducting workplace inspections safety observations and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Participate in incident reporting investigations and the tracking of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support the delivery of HSE inductions awareness campaigns toolbox talks and safety training activities.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with Worley HSE standards client requirements and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Help maintain HSE records documentation reports and performance metrics in line with company procedures.
  • Collaborate with project teams to promote a positive safety culture and encourage safe work practices.
