Accountabilities:

  • Support the implementation and adoption of digital tools platforms and technologies across projects and business operations.
  • Assist in collecting organizing and analyzing project and operational data to generate insights and improve decision making.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for process automation and digital optimization.
  • Support the development testing and maintenance of digital solutions dashboards and reports.

  • Assist with data quality management governance and compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Provide user support and training for digital systems and applications as required.
  • Stay informed about emerging digital technologies industry trends and best practices and contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
