We are seeking an HSE Manager to lead health safety and environmental management for the Terminal 6 Substructure Works package at King Salman International Airport (KSIA) Riyadh. Given the scope of mass earthworks deep excavation and extensive reinforced concrete works across a large multi-contractor site this role carries significant responsibility for embedding a strong safety culture in a genuinely high-risk construction environment. You will develop and implement the project HSE plan covering all substructure activities conduct regular site inspections and audits and lead incident investigations when required ensuring lessons learned are fed back into site practices promptly. Managing permits to work excavation and confined space controls and emergency response planning will be a core part of your day-to-day responsibilities alongside delivering HSE inductions toolbox talks and ongoing training programmes to a large and culturally diverse workforce. You will also monitor environmental compliance during earthworks and backfilling activities working to minimize dust noise and other environmental impacts in line with project and regulatory requirements. Regular reporting of HSE performance to project and client leadership is expected including leading indicators and any corrective action plans. Given the visibility of the KSIA development and the scale of earthworks involved we are seeking an HSE professional with deep experience on major civil works strong regulatory knowledge and the confidence to enforce standards firmly across multiple subcontractors and work fronts operating simultaneously on site.
