Job Summary

HR Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team and oversee a wide range of Human Resources functions. The successful candidate will ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures provide support to employees and management and contribute to maintaining a professional and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR activities.

Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes from manpower requests through onboarding.

Monitor employee contracts renewals and related employment procedures in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Monitor attendance leaves and employee compliance with company policies.

Coordinate employee payroll data benefits and related HR information with the relevant departments.

Follow up on employee insurance government-related services and other employee benefits.

Handle employee inquiries and support employee relations matters in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.

Support performance management and employee development initiatives.

Identify training and development needs and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Prepare and monitor HR reports and key workforce-related metrics.

Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements and HR needs.

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws regulations and internal company policies.

Provide HR guidance and support to employees supervisors and management.

Supervise the HR team assign responsibilities and monitor performance and deliverables.

Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Support management in HR-related initiatives projects and organizational requirements.

Perform other HR-related duties as required by business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Relevant experience in Human Resources preferably with supervisory experience.

Good knowledge of labor laws HR practices and employment regulations.

Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with different departments.

High level of professionalism confidentiality and attention to detail.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
