Job Title: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the companys overall goals
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process including interviewing and onboarding new employees
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to promote professional growth and development
• Manage employee relations including handling grievances conflicts and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment fostering teamwork and collaboration
• Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Administer employee benefits compensation and payroll processes
• Develop and maintain HR records and reports ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the tourism and hospitality industry
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles laws and best practices
• Proven experience in recruitment performance management and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
