Housing Supervisor ( Saudi Only )

supervis the daily operations of  staff accommodation facilities.
Oversee resident admissions allocations move-ins move-outs and occupancy records.
Ensure housing units common areas and facilities are clean safe and well maintained.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams and external contractors.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance safety and compliance issues.
Develop and enforce housing policies procedures and community standards.
Address resident inquiries complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor housing occupancy levels and prepare regular operational reports.
Manage housing budgets monitor expenses and control operating costs.
Ensure compliance with health safety fire and environmental regulations.
Supervise housing staff including housekeeping maintenance and administrative personnel.
Coordinate emergency response procedures for housing-related incidents.
Maintain accurate records of residents inventories inspections maintenance and contracts.
Liaise with vendors contractors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
Recommend improvements to housing services and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Property Management Business Administration Hospitality Management Facilities Management or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 35 years of experience in housing property facilities or accommodation management.
Experience supervising teams and managing residential or employee accommodation facilities is preferred.
