Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of female housekeeping staff.
Ensure all rooms guest areas and service zones are cleaned and maintained to luxury standards.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on cleanliness linens furnishings and amenities.
Train and guide housekeeping staff in proper techniques etiquette and safety procedures.
Assist in creating duty rosters managing schedules and assigning daily tasks.
Monitor the use and stock levels of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
Handle guest or principal requests professionally and promptly.
Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and confidentiality protocols.
Minimum 3 5 years of housekeeping experience with at least 1 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in luxury hotels resorts yachts or private estates is preferred.
Previous work experience in the Middle East is a plus.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards fabric care and use of specialized cleaning equipment.
High attention to detail and time management.
Ability to handle sensitive items and maintain strict confidentiality.
Good spoken English skills; Arabic is a plus.
Presentable discreet and professional attitude.

Willing to relocate and live in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Flexible to work shifts weekends and holidays as needed.
