The Hospital CEO is the highestranking executive responsible for the overall management and success of the hospital. Their duties include:

• Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing longterm plans to ensure the hospital s growth and sustainability.
  

• Financial Oversight: Managing budgets financial planning and ensuring profitability while maintaining highquality patient care.
  

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the hospital adheres to healthcare laws regulations and accreditation standards.
  

• Staff Management: Hiring and overseeing department heads fostering a positive work culture and ensuring staff efficiency.
  

• Community Engagement: Representing the hospital in negotiations partnerships and public relations efforts.
