HowYoullContribute
As a HC Associateyoullwork as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
HC Operations & Employee Lifecycle:Manage day-to-day HC operational activities across the employee lifecycle including onboarding employee record updates transfers letters documentationoffboardingand related compliance checkpoints.
Payroll Coordination:Coordinate payroll inputs and changesvalidateemployee data liaise withpayrolland finance teams support reconciliations and help resolve payroll-related queries with accuracy and confidentiality.
Government Relations & Work Authorization:Coordinate with government relations and mobility teams on employment documentation visa / work permit processes iqama-related requirements renewals statustrackingand employee queries ensuringtimelyfollow-up andaccuraterecords.
Compliance & Documentation:Support adherence to local labour law firmpoliciesand internal governance bymaintainingcomplete employee files tracking required documents and escalating risks or exceptions appropriately.
Data Reporting & HR Systems:Maintainaccuratedata in HR systems prepare regular reports and dashboardsmonitoroperational trackers and use data toidentifytrendsgapsand process improvement opportunities.
Employee Relations & Advisory Support:Provide first-level support to employees and managers on HR policiesprocessesand employee lifecycle matters escalating complex cases to theappropriate HClead or specialist team.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with HC payroll finance IT mobility governmentrelationsand other internal teams to support smooth employee service delivery and issue resolution.
Process Improvement:Identifyrecurring operational challenges recommend improvements and support the implementation of more consistentefficientand employee-focused HC processes.
Delivery Excellence:Manage multiple priorities with strong follow-through servicemindsetand attention to detail ensuring activities are completed accurately confidentially and within agreed timelines.

Years of experience:4 years of experience across HR operations HR generalist work payroll coordination government relations support and / or employee lifecycle processes preferably within aprofessional services multinational or regional environment.
Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration PsychologyManagementor a related field.
Human Capital knowledge:Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle activities with exposure to business partnering practices and employee service delivery.
Payroll background:Working knowledge of payroll inputs payroll data validation payroll cut-off timelines benefits / allowances end-of-servicesupportand employee payroll query resolution.
Government relations knowledge:Practical understanding of government relations employment documentation visa / work permitrequirementsand iqama-related processes; experience coordinating with internal GR / mobility teams is preferred.
Compliance mindset:Goodunderstanding of confidentiality employee data accuracy labour-law-sensitiveprocessesand internal policy compliance.
Soft skills:Strong communication stakeholder management problem-solvingorganisationand follow-up skills with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
Language skills:Proficiencyin English written and spoken; Arabic is a plus.
