Job Summary

  • Create highquality graphics layouts and visualizations for urban planning real estate and facility management projects.
  • Design professional proposals presentations and reports that clearly communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with planners consultants and project managers to translate concepts into effective visual formats.
  • Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all materials.
  • Support marketing and business development efforts through visually impactful bid and tender submissions.


    Qualifications :

    • Proven experience in graphic design preferably in architecture urban planning or related fields.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop); familiarity with mapping tools or CAD software is a plus.
    • Strong layout typography and visual storytelling skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
    • Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
    • Leverage AI graphic design tools and image generators for the above.
