Graduate - Marketing

• Support the execution of AECOMs brand and marketing strategy across multiple channels including digital social media events and content.

• Assist in developing and delivering marketing campaigns events and public relations activities to increase brand awareness and support business objectives.

• Create and edit marketing materials such as social media posts artwork brochures presentations and other collateral.

• Contribute to website updates digital content management and SEO activities.

• Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and client engagement using industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics and social media management platforms.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Provide administrative and logistical support for events campaigns and marketing initiatives.

• Ensure tasks are delivered on time within budget and meet quality standards

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.

• Strong interest in marketing branding and digital communications.

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms digital marketing or content creation.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and use tools such as Google Analytics SEO platforms and social media management systems.

• Enthusiasm for developing marketing skills and contributing to impactful campaigns.
