The Opportunity:

The SJ Graduate Development Program (GDP) in the KSA is a two-year immersive journey designed to propel your career in the built environment across engineering and infrastructure.

Through structured training hands-on experience mentorship and cross-functional rotations youll gain expertise in technical skills digital fluency business acumen and leadership development.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders engage in real-world projects and build a strong foundation for a successful career.

Over the two years you can expect to:

• Work on real-world projects and contribute to live infrastructure engineering and sustainability projects that shape cities and communities.
• Learn from the industrys best experts and develop skills in design project management digital transformation (BIM AI) and risk consulting.
• Corporate consulting exposure by engaging with senior leaders and participating in strategic business discussions to deliver on client-focused solutions.
• Leadership development opportunities to build your leadership journey through workshops coaching and leaders mentorship.
• Expand your career network and gain access to global industry professionals peer learning communities and cross-functional collaboration opportunities.

As part of the program you will also be on a quarterly rotation schedule across the business functions and specialist domains with the opportunity to complete one rotation outside of your base station or country.

About You:

• Graduates within the last 2 years
• 0-2 years working industry experience
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to effectively manage ones time and workload
• A developed knowledge of analytical methods tools and principles
