Graduate Automation & Power Platform Engineer Saudi National

Automation & Workflow Development

• Support the design build and maintenance of Power Automate workflows following defined governance and quality standards
• Implement logic such as conditions approvals notifications and exception handling
• Assist in troubleshooting optimizing and improving existing automations

Data & Platform Support

• Create and manage SharePoint lists and libraries including metadata views and permissions
• Support data validation structure consistency and lifecycle management
• Assist in documentation and approval workflows

Application & Interface Support

• Contribute to simple Power Apps (Canvas Apps) development under guidance
• Apply form logic validation rules and user guidance to improve usability
• Ensure consistency with agreed UI and data standards

Testing Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Support testing activities (UAT regression testing) and issue resolution
• Document automation logic assumptions and changes clearly
• Actively suggests improvements to processes performance and user experience

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelors degree in:
  • Computer Engineering
  • Software Engineering
  • Information Systems
  • Computer Science
  • Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering (with programming exposure)
• Fresh graduate or up to 12 years of experience
• Prior exposure to Power Platform automation or workflow tools is a plus but not mandatory
• Technical Skills (Foundational Level Expected)
• Basic programming concepts (logic conditions variables)
• Understanding of structured data (tables fields relationships)
• Comfortable working with Excel and structured datasets
• Basic awareness of JSON and cloud-based systems is an advantage
