Job PurposeTo serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our Riyadh office managing reception administrative support and front office operations with professionalism and efficiency.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors warmly
- Manage incoming calls and routing
- Maintain tidy and organized reception area
- Handle mail courier and deliveries
- Support office administration tasks

- Microsoft Office Suite
- Phone systems / PBX
- Email and calendar management
- Office equipment (printers scanners)
