Freelance Factory Auditor

• Freelancer with availability to conduct onsite factory audits in the Europe region
• Strong understanding of factory quality systems and manufacturing processes
• Experience working with thirdparty inspection testing or certification bodies
• Familiarity with factory audit concepts as per ISO/IEC 17067 standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of professionalism objectivity and attention to detail
• Comfortable interacting with factory management at operational and managerial levels
• Capable of meeting tight reporting timelines and audit deliverables
• Open to participating in SGS trainings inductions and technical briefings as required

Qualifications :

• Preferably hold an Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
• Certified ISO 9001 (or other management systems such as ISO/TS 16949 HACCP ISO 22000) Lead Auditor with audit experience
• Proven experience in conducting factory audits
• Minimum of 1 year of technical or industry experience relevant to the product category being audited (e.g. building materials electrical batteries food contact materials textiles)
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Experience with SASO regulations would be an added advantage
