FM Director

FM Director -Makkah

We are looking for an experienced FM Director to lead the facilities management operations for a major mixed-use development in Makkah.

Key Requirements:

• 15 years of experience in Facilities Management with significant experience in senior FM leadership roles.
• Strong background with FM consultancies / IFM service providers
• Proven experience managing large-scale mixed-use master-planned landscape or giga projects.
• Strong operational expertise across Hard & Soft FM O&M asset management mobilization and transition.
• Experience developing and implementing FM strategies SOPs SLAs KPIs and service delivery frameworks.
• Strong exposure to landscaping irrigation public realm and associated infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams FM contractors and service providers.
• Strong CAPEX/OPEX budgeting procurement and commercial management experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and multiple stakeholders in complex high-profile developments.
• Strong understanding of HSE quality sustainability compliance and asset lifecycle management.
• Saudi/GCC experience is essential; Makkah experience would be a strong advantage.
