Partner with the best:
As a Field Operator you will be responsible for:
Operate coil tubing units and associated equipment during field operations.
Execute pumping nitrogen lifting cleanouts acidizing and other CT interventions.
Assist in rig-up and rig-down operations at well sites.
Monitor job parameters and report abnormalities to the Supervisor.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of coil tubing strings and pressure control equipment.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CT equipment.
Maintain accurate job reports logs and operational records.
Follow all HSE policies procedures and safety regulations at all times.
Identify operational risks and take corrective actions when required.
Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to Level 1 and Level 2 Operators.
Coordinate with field supervisors engineers and other crew members for smooth job execution.
HSE Responsibilities:
Comply with all company HSE policies and procedures.
Participate in safety meetings toolbox talks and risk assessments.
Ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
Report hazards near misses and incidents immediately.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Have a minimum 35 years of experience in Coil Tubing operations.
Proven experience in well intervention and CT services.
Strong knowledge of CT equipment pressure control and pumping systems.
H2S and First Aid certifications are preferred.
Ability to work in remote locations and rotational shifts

Physical Requirements
Ability to work in harsh environmental conditions (heat dust offshore/onshore).
Physically fit to handle field operations and equipment handling.
Additional Notes
This position may require travel to various field locations.
The employee is expected to demonstrate leadership in safety and operational excellence
