Factory Manager

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Factory Manager in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. • Oversee daily factory operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
  
• Manage production planning and resource allocation effectively.
  
• Supervise and lead production maintenance and quality teams.
  
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety quality and operational standards.
  
• Monitor production costs and optimize factory performance.
  
• Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives.
  
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvement initiatives.
  

1. Factory Operations Management Ability to manage end-to-end manufacturing activities.
   
2. Production Planning Experience in scheduling and resource optimization.
   
3. Team Leadership Capability to lead large operational teams.
   
4. Quality Control Knowledge of maintaining product quality standards.
   
5. English & Arabic Communication Effective communication with workforce and management.
   

• Gulf manufacturing experience.
  
• Lean manufacturing knowledge.
  
• Process improvement and cost optimization expertise.
  

Candidates must possess 1015 years of manufacturing and factory management experience in India. Gulf-return candidates are preferred. Experience handling large-scale production environments and multicultural teams is highly desirable.

• Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Engineering Manufacturing Industrial Management or related field (Typical)
  
• Preferred: Masters Degree in Operations/Industrial Management (Typical)
  
• Additional: Relevant Manufacturing Certifications (Typical)
