Facility Services Supervisor

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Facility Services Supervisor in Saudi Arabia. Our client is seeking skilled motivated professionals capable of supervising day-to-day facility services and maintaining high operational safety cleanliness and service standards. • Supervise daily facility services and ensure assigned areas are maintained to required standards.
  
• Coordinate preventive and routine maintenance activities across facilities.
  
• Monitor housekeeping cleaning utilities and general facility support activities.
  
• Conduct regular facility inspections and identify maintenance or service issues.
  
• Allocate duties to facility services staff and monitor completion and quality of work.
  
• Ensure compliance with workplace health safety hygiene and operational procedures.
  
• Coordinate with maintenance teams contractors and service vendors as required.
  
• Maintain operational records and report facility issues incidents and service requirements to management.
  

• Facility Operations: Ability to coordinate routine facility services and operational requirements.
  
• Preventive Maintenance: Understanding of planned maintenance schedules and basic facility maintenance processes.
  
• Team Supervision: Ability to allocate work monitor performance and supervise facility personnel.
  
• Safety Compliance: Working knowledge of workplace safety and facility compliance procedures.
  
• Facility Inspection: Ability to identify maintenance cleanliness safety and service deficiencies.
  

• Vendor and contractor coordination
  
• Facility service reporting and documentation
  
• Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance quality standards
  

The posting does not specify an experience requirement. Typical requirement: approximately 35 years of relevant experience in facility services facilities management maintenance housekeeping operations or a related environment including supervisory exposure.

• Minimum: Typical Diploma or bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering Hospitality or a related discipline
  
• Preferred: Typical Relevant facilities management or technical qualification
  
• Additional: Typical Health & Safety / facility maintenance certifications are advantageous
