Facility Management Accountant

Support financial oversight and control of Facilities Management services to ensure cost efficiency transparency and compliance.

• Monitor FM budgets expenditures and cost performance across the network.
• Review contractor invoices and verify payments against contract terms and service delivery.
• Track cost variations identify discrepancies and support cost control measures.
• Prepare financial reports forecasts and budget analyses.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with financial procedures and controls.
• Coordinate with finance and FM teams for accurate reporting and reconciliation.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years experience in accounting or financial management roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems.
• Professional certifications (ACCA CMA or equivalent) preferred.
