Executive Director – Government Partnerships

Our client is a private-sector organisation working closely with government entities on national-scale initiatives. Government partnerships are central to the organisations growth strategy.

The Role

The Executive Director will lead engagement with government stakeholders and public-sector partners. This role will manage strategic relationships joint initiatives and long-term collaboration frameworks. A key focus will be aligning business objectives with national priorities and regulatory expectations. The Director will support licensing approvals and policy navigation. This role will also advise leadership on public-sector strategy and risk. High discretion and credibility are required.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must have senior experience in government relations public-private partnerships or regulated environments. Strong understanding of Saudi public-sector dynamics is essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates diplomacy influence and strategic thinking. Arabic fluency is highly preferred. Experience representing organisations at senior government levels is critical.
