Executive Assistant Manager Saudi only

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Manager to join our organization in Madinah Saudi this pivotal role you will provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support while leading and managing a team of administrative professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to operational excellence. This position requires a Saudi national with proven expertise in managing executive offices and driving administrative efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an executive administrative role
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience leading administrative teams
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with executives and team members at all levels
• Problem-solving capabilities and proactive approach to identifying process improvements
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all administrative tasks
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions within established guidelines
• Experience with executive office operations and administrative process management
• Saudi nationality (required)
• Fluency in English at a professional level (required)
• Preferred experience with event planning and coordination
• Preferred knowledge of Arabic language for enhanced communication
