EHS Officer

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Position: EHS Officer (Telecom)
Nationality: Arabic Nationals / Egyptians Preferred

• Implement and monitor Environment Health & Safety (EHS) requirements across telecom projects and sites.
• Conduct site safety inspections audits and risk assessments for telecom installation and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with client HSE requirements Saudi regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct toolbox talks safety inductions and awareness sessions for field teams.
• Monitor work at height tower climbing rigging excavation and electrical safety activities.
• Investigate incidents near misses and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation reports permits and safety records.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and implementation of safety procedures at all project locations.
• Coordinate with project managers site engineers and client representatives on safety matters.
• Support emergency response planning and incident management activities.
• Promote a positive safety culture across all telecom operations.

• NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory).
• Minimum 35 years of EHS experience in Telecom Projects.
• Experience in Telecom Tower Wireless Fiber FTTH OSP/ISP or Mobile Network projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations risk assessment and permit-to-work systems.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
