Job Description
- Implement and monitor Environment Health & Safety (EHS) requirements across telecom projects and sites.
- Conduct site safety inspections audits and risk assessments for telecom installation and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with client HSE requirements Saudi regulations and company safety policies.
- Conduct toolbox talks safety inductions and awareness sessions for field teams.
- Monitor work at height tower climbing rigging excavation and electrical safety activities.
- Investigate incidents near misses and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation reports permits and safety records.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and implementation of safety procedures at all project locations.
- Coordinate with project managers site engineers and client representatives on safety matters.
- Support emergency response planning and incident management activities.
- Promote a positive safety culture across all telecom operations.
Requirements
- NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory).
- Minimum 35 years of EHS experience in Telecom Projects.
- Experience in Telecom Tower Wireless Fiber FTTH OSP/ISP or Mobile Network projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations risk assessment and permit-to-work systems.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
