Early Career Traineeship-Services

What youll do

• Repair wing to wing process management & weekly report out.
• Outage preparation support coordinate parts demand and logistics.
• Follow up on event management & tools issues as they arise and work on resolution.
• Applicant might be attending customer meetings and site visits.
• Support on signed contracts and service orders digital tools integration.
• Support sales team on deal structure and leverage experience in demand creation and creating opportunity.
• Support Commercial Operations team on proposal buildup and cross function management requirements.
• Connect with marketing team to identify New Products and participate in customer Campaigns.
• Candidate is expected to rotate between multiple business functions throughout their training (ie Commercial Operations Sales Engineering and Services).

What youll bring:

• BS Engineering Industrial Mechanical or Electrical or related engineering background preferred.
• Basic Experience in related field.
• Active listener with good communication skills in English.
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive with high level of integrity.
• Strives to achieve Project goals and Customer satisfaction.
• A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams.
• Displays willingness to work in harsh environments on as needed basis.
