Job Summary
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement processes related to document management and control.
- Check quality of documents.
- Set up project folder/ filling systems.
- Monitor process.
- Prepare logs.
- Monitor logs for actions and responses.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure documentation is in order.
- Ensuring that company policies and regulations regarding document control are being met.
- Implement stringent security measures to protect confidential information including access controls encryption and data loss prevention strategies.
- Ensure the timely and accurate distribution of documents to authorized personnel.
- Analyze organizational document workflows and identify areas for improvement.

- Informs themselves of the relevant Quality Environmental Safety and Occupational Health Policies Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in information management or a related field from accredited university.
- With 7 years of experience document/information management including previous experience.
- Technical knowledge of document and content management systems and standard data management applications.
- A systematic and analytical approach to work and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as excellent presentation and presentation skills.
- Work experience on a practical scale
