Job Summary
- Lead and manage all Rooms Division departments to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving guest concerns.
- Develop and implement departmental policies procedures and service standards.
- Monitor occupancy room inventory and revenue opportunities in collaboration with the Revenue and Sales teams.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets forecasts and financial performance.
- Analyze operational reports guest feedback and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Recruit train coach and evaluate department managers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with health safety security and brand standards.
- Coordinate with Engineering Food & Beverage Sales & Marketing and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms public areas and back-of-house facilities.
- Manage labor costs scheduling productivity and departmental expenses.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and support hotel audits and inspections.
- Handle VIP arrivals special requests and service recovery for guest issues.
Qualifications :
- years of progressive hotel operations experience including leadership in Front Office and Housekeeping.
- Previous experience as a Rooms Division Manager Executive Housekeeper Front Office Manager or Assistant Director of Rooms is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations revenue management principles and guest service standards.
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
