Job Summary
Own dimensional analysis for assigned commodity/shop and coordinate dimensional issue resolution.
Review GD&T datum strategy measurement points tolerances build conditions fixtures gauges and dimensional results.
Analyze variation and identify product process tooling fixture measurement or assembly contributors.
Lead dimensional problem-solving reviews and maintain action plans through closure.
Create dashboards/reports to communicate dimensional status trends risks and priorities.
Automotive BIW closures stamping or vehicle dimensional experience is required; premium OEM launch experience is
preferred.
Qualifications :
BAC 5 WITH MINIMUM 3YEARS IN SIMILLAR POSITION
