Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Design Department and its daily operations.
Review and approve design deliverables.
Ensure compliance with company standards project requirements and deadlines.
Coordinate with clients consultants and internal teams.
Mentor and develop team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements:
512years of relevant experience.
Bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design Landscape Architecture Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience managing design teams and overseeing project delivery.
Strong leadership communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Required Skills:
existing network of relationships with architects interior designers developers consultants or premium clients in Riyadh is highly preferred. Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury furniture premium interior design luxury retail high-end real estate. Previous experience working with premium or luxury furniture brands is highly preferred. Strong understanding of furniture design space planning materials fabrics marble wood veneers leather and luxury finishes. Excellent communication presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and high-value projects. Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills. Fluent English is mandatory Arabic is an advantage.
Required Education:
