Description:
The Depot Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of depot operations ensuring efficient and effective management of warehouse activities including the receipt storage and distribution of repair parts and supplies. This role ensures compliance with Army regulations and provides leadership and technical guidance to all personnel within the depot.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required. Masters degree preferred.
- 15 years of experience in US Army Logistics/Supply Chain Management (LSCM) (or 12 years of military LSCM and 6 years of industry/civilian experience) required. Former LTC MAJ CW4 or CW3 preferred.
- Must have recent military LSCM experience within the last 5-8 years.
- Former Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) or Senior Crew Chief desired.
- Must possess an understanding of the US Army aviation logistics system specific to aircraft maintenance and repair.
- Demonstrated performance in managing best-in-class industry supply chain principles inventory management forecasting/optimization and planning stock store and issue material handling packaging and transportation/goods movement logistics IT systems and Logistics/Supply Chain Management (LSCM) training.
- Working knowledge of property accountability and reporting quality control vendor/subcontractor management and import/export administration.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Strong organizational and work management skills.
- US Citizenship is required for access to export/import control information.
- Possess a valid drivers license.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
