Data, Governance & Adoption Analytics SME

Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an experienced Data Governance & Adoption Analytics SME to serve as the data governance and analytics authority for an organisational change or transformation programme ensuring the technical accuracy of data-related content while owning the end-to-end adoption-measurement framework from KPI design through to dashboard delivery and reporting.

• Serve as the subject-matter authority on data governance data quality data management data privacy and BI/analytics concepts for all programme content.
• Review and validate the technical accuracy of data-related communication and training content.
• Design and maintain a KPI / adoption-measurement framework covering engagement literacy and satisfaction metrics.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards (e.g. Power BI) to track programme adoption and effectiveness.
• Design administer and analyse surveys (e.g. via Microsoft Forms or similar tools) to measure awareness satisfaction and literacy.
• Compile periodic (quarterly/annual) adoption and measurement reports with trend analysis and improvement recommendations.
• Advise on data-literacy frameworks and awareness-assessment design.
• Support executive briefings and stakeholder sessions with data-domain credibility.
• Maintain alignment with the organisations data strategy governance policies and relevant regulatory context.

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Management Information Systems Computer Science) with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in data governance data management data quality analytics or BI.
• Experience in enterprise data environments preferred.
• Demonstrable experience building and maintaining BI dashboards and measurement frameworks.
• Data governance and management frameworks (e.g. DAMA-DMBOK); data quality and data privacy.
• BI & analytics; KPI framework design; dashboard development (Power BI or similar).
• Survey design and analysis; stakeholder advisory.
• Translating technical concepts for business audiences.
• CDMP (DAMA) preferred; a BI-platform certification (e.g. Power BI Data Analyst) preferred; a cloud data-governance certification a plus.
• Language: English (fluent).
