Job Summary:
Specialist in financial performance analysis and profitability improvement with experience in reviewing P&L reports and identifying operational improvement opportunities. Strong analytical and consultancy skills to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and support collaboration with operations teams to drive profitability improvements
- Guide stakeholders in understanding P&L insights and performance gaps
- Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations and consultancy support
- Facilitate P&L review sessions and performance discussions with clarity and direction
- Promote a performance-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and accountability
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance or related field
- 3 years experience in financial analysis or consultancy
- Strong P&L and performance analysis knowledge
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
Required Skills:
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Diploma in Marketing or equivalent related field. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
