Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Site Supervisor to join our dynamic this critical role you will be the key point of contact on the ground responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site construction activities. Your leadership will ensure that every project is executed safely on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to manage and supervise all daily on-site construction operations ensuring strict adherence to project schedules budgets safety regulations and quality benchmarks. The Site Supervisor will lead the on-site team coordinate with stakeholders and proactively solve challenges to deliver successful project outcomes.

- Blueprint and specification interpretation
- Budget monitoring and cost control
- Enforcement of building codes and safety regulations
- Contract management and procurement coordination
- Quality control and site inspections
- Leadership and team supervision
- Stakeholder communication and coordination

- Resource allocation and labor productivity optimization
- Permit and inspection compliance management
- Ensuring zero safety incidents on site
