Concierge Guest Relations Officer (Luxury Hotel)

• Deliver personalized concierge services to hotel guests.
• Arrange transportation restaurant reservations tours and other guest requests.
• Provide accurate information about local attractions shopping dining and entertainment.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle VIP guest requests with professionalism discretion and attention to detail.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly while maintaining the highest service standards.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Concierge Guest Relations Officer Guest Experience Agent or in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Transferable Iqama is required.
• Candidates must be available to join immediately
