CMT â Lab Expert â Short Term Consultancy 2 Months

• Conduct a detailed market analysis of the CMT sector in Riyadh covering demand trends client segments and service gaps.

• Benchmark existing CMT labs in the region by analyzing their capabilities pricing models certifications and market positioning.

• Define the scope of services for the proposed lab (soil aggregate concrete asphalt steel testing) in line with ASTM AASHTO ISO/IEC 17025 and local standards.

• Assess potential client sectors (infrastructure real estate industrial etc.) and develop a client acquisition strategy.

• Provide input on financial feasibility including CAPEX estimates OPEX projections and ROI.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect and validate relevant data.

• Prepare and present a final market study report with actionable recommendations risk analysis and an implementation roadmap for lab establishment.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering Geotechnical Engineering or related field.

• 1215 years of experience in CMT lab operations setup and consultancy.

• Strong knowledge of ASTM AASHTO ISO/IEC 17025 and GCC/local testing standards.

• Proven expertise in market research feasibility studies and laboratory development projects.

• Excellent analytical reporting and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with the Saudi construction sector market dynamics and regulatory environment is highly desirable.
