Job Summary
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Benefits team at Marsh Arabia. This role will be based in Riyadh.
This role involves managing client relationships within the Employee Benefits domain serving as the primary point of contact for clients and delivering strategic advice and tailored solutions to meet their employee health and benefits needs. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of employee benefits programs and help clients optimize their employee health strategies.
We will count on you to:
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring client needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients understanding their business objectives and employee benefits requirements.
Provide strategic insights on employee health and benefits programs including health insurance wellness initiatives and related services.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of employee benefits solutions from plan design to ongoing administration.
Conduct regular client reviews to assess program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams such as placement actuarial compliance and operations to deliver tailored solutions.
What you need to have:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Insurance or a related field.
Proven experience in employee benefits health insurance or client management within the insurance or consulting industry.
Strong understanding of employee health and benefits programs regulatory environment and market trends.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
